Local engineers, enterprise capability, AI-first delivery
Tekscape is headquartered in midtown Manhattan at 131 West 35th Street. We serve businesses across the New York City metro and New Jersey, and from there we extend remote and on-site coverage to clients in the broader Northeast and select US markets. Most of what we do is remote — that is how modern managed IT works — but the moments that matter most, like a switch failure, a ransomware containment, or a new-office buildout, need someone in the room. We can be in the room.
Local matters in IT because the things that break in unexpected ways are still faster to fix in person, and because the team that scopes the work is the team that ends up running it. The same NYC engineers handle after-hours and weekend coverage — no call-center handoff, and the engineer who picks up has worked your environment before.
What separates our local delivery is the AI layer underneath it. Tekscape runs its own operations on the same production agents we build for clients, so the managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud work we deliver across NYC and NJ comes with the option to automate the highest-cost workflows inside it — not as a demo, but as production agents shipped on a six-week pilot-to-production path.
Where we work, and what local clients get
Coverage is anchored in two core markets — the NYC five boroughs and the New Jersey metro corridor — with remote engineering that reaches multi-site clients across the Northeast. Every market gets the same team, the same AI-first delivery, and on-site dispatch when it is needed.
