Tekscape is headquartered in midtown Manhattan at 131 West 35th Street. We serve businesses across the New York City metro and New Jersey — and from there, we extend remote and on-site coverage to clients in the broader Northeast and select US markets. When you need someone on-site, we send a real engineer, not a vendor's third-party contractor.

18+ years of enterprise IT, response within one business day, and the same team that scopes the work ends up running it. Local matters in IT because the things that break in unexpected ways — networks, hardware, executive escalations — are still faster to fix in person.

Tekscape's home market. Most of our clients are within walking distance or a short train ride from our 35th Street office. We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration, and AI services to NYC organizations across the five boroughs.

We serve NJ businesses across Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, and Union counties — Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Edison, and the surrounding metro corridor. The NYC office handles on-site dispatches into NJ daily; for routine work, our remote engineering covers everything end-to-end.

Most of what we do is remote — that's how modern managed IT works. But the moments that matter most — a switch failure, a ransomware containment, an executive boardroom AV emergency, a new-office buildout — those need someone in the room. We can be in the room.

Our after-hours and weekend coverage runs from the same NYC team. No call-center handoff. The engineer who picks up has worked your environment before.
