Be a part of something great at Tekscape
Tekscape is an AI-first managed services provider, headquartered in midtown Manhattan, with 18+ years of enterprise IT behind us. We're growing the team that's building the next generation of managed IT — proactive, AI-augmented, and obsessed with outcomes our clients can actually measure.
We accept resumes year-round, whether or not we're actively recruiting for a specific role. If you're sharp, hungry, and serious about your craft — engineering, security, AI, or client delivery — we want to hear from you.
What it's like to work here
We've been an MSP long enough to know that the difference between good and great is whether the engineers driving the work have real autonomy. Tekscape engineers own their clients end-to-end: they scope the work, deliver it, and stay accountable for the outcomes. There's no ticket-conveyor-belt setup here.
Our AI services aren't separate from our managed IT — they're the same team, the same mindset. Whether you're writing automation, deploying Copilot, building production agents, or running a network refresh, AI is a standard tool in the kit, not a side project.
Our NYC office at 131 West 35th Street is the center of gravity — most of the team is in two or three days a week, with flexibility for the rest. New hires usually start in-office to build context, then move to a rhythm that works for the team and the clients they serve.
Role areas we hire for
We hire across experience levels. Junior candidates who show up curious and ready to learn end up shipping production work fast. Senior candidates with deep specialization in any of the above areas — especially Microsoft, Cisco, security, or AI — get a fast track to high-impact engagements.
If your background is adjacent (DevOps, SRE, data engineering, internal IT at a regulated firm), there's almost certainly a fit. Reach out.
How to apply
Send your resume — and a paragraph or two on what you'd want to work on at Tekscape — through the contact form below or to sales@tekscape.com (mark the subject 'Careers'). We read everything that comes in, and someone from the team will respond within one business day.
No cover letter required, no formal screening tests. We'd rather have a real conversation than a long application process.
