Build the Next Generation of Managed IT

Tekscape is an AI-first managed services provider in midtown Manhattan, growing the team that builds production AI agents and runs proactive, AI-augmented IT. We accept resumes year-round — whether or not a specific role is posted.

Tekscape is an AI-first managed services provider headquartered in New York City, with 18+ years of enterprise IT behind it and leadership from CCIE-certified veterans. Engineers here own their clients end-to-end — scoping the work, delivering it, and staying accountable for the outcomes — and AI is a standard tool in the kit, not a side project. The team builds the same production agents Tekscape runs on its own operations, and hires across experience levels in managed IT engineering, cybersecurity, AI and automation, cloud, Microsoft 365 / Copilot, and project management. To apply, send a resume and a short note on what you'd want to work on to sales@tekscape.com with the subject "Careers."

An engineering-led MSP, not a ticket conveyor belt

Tekscape has been a managed services provider long enough to know that the difference between good and great is whether the engineers driving the work have real autonomy. Here, engineers own their clients end-to-end: they scope the work, deliver it, and stay accountable for the outcomes. There is no ticket-conveyor-belt setup.

AI services are not separate from managed IT — they are the same team and the same mindset. Whether you are writing automation, deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, building a production agent, or running a network refresh, AI is a standard tool in the kit. Tekscape runs its own operations on the same production agents it builds for clients, so the work you ship is the work the business depends on.

The NYC office at 131 West 35th Street, 5th Floor is the center of gravity, with a hybrid rhythm the team keeps a few days a week. New hires usually start in-office to build context, then settle into a cadence that works for the team and the clients they serve.

Role areas we hire for

We hire across experience levels and don't wait for a posted opening. These are the areas where Tekscape engineers do their work — junior candidates who show up curious ship production work fast, and senior specialists in Microsoft, Cisco, security, or AI get a fast track to high-impact engagements.

🛠️

Managed IT Engineering

The core of the practice: proactive, AI-augmented managed IT where engineers own clients end-to-end rather than working a queue. CCIE-certified veterans lead the technical bar.

What you'd work on
Scoping and delivering client infrastructure work end-to-end
Proactive monitoring and AI-augmented operations
Network refreshes and integrations across ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, and Azure
🛡️

Cybersecurity

Security and compliance work across the client base — continuous monitoring, policy enforcement, and threat response on a modern endpoint and identity stack.

What you'd work on
Endpoint and identity monitoring with SentinelOne and ThreatLocker
Security and compliance monitoring agents
Audit-ready evidence and posture for client engagements
🤖

AI & Automation

Build the production agents Tekscape ships to clients and runs on itself — workflow automation, reporting and scorecards, vendor and billing reconciliation, and process orchestration, all on the six-week pilot-to-production path.

What you'd work on
Document and email intake, ticket routing, and approval flows
Business intelligence, reporting, and scorecard agents
Vendor, contract, and billing-reconciliation intelligence
☁️

Cloud & Microsoft 365 / Copilot

Cloud engineering and Microsoft work for a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) — including custom Copilot extensions and Power Automate flows that plug AI into the tools clients already use. Adjacent backgrounds in DevOps, SRE, data engineering, or internal IT at a regulated firm are a likely fit.

What you'd work on
Azure and Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations
Custom Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and automation
Power Automate flows and AI integration into M365 environments
📋

Project Management & Delivery

Keep multi-system engagements on track from kickoff through go-live, coordinating engineering, security, and AI work against the outcomes clients can actually measure.

What you'd work on
Coordinating discovery, prototype, and production-deployment phases
Tracking delivery, SLA, and utilization against committed outcomes
Owning client communication and go-live support

What it's like to work here

🔧

Engineering-led with real ownership

Engineers own their clients end-to-end — scope, delivery, and accountability for outcomes. No ticket conveyor belt, no handing work over a wall.

🤖

AI-first by default

AI is a standard tool in the kit, not a side project. Automation, Copilot, and production agents sit alongside infrastructure and security work on the same team.

🏭

We run on what we build

Tekscape runs its own operations on the same production agents it builds for clients. The work you ship is the work the business depends on — outcomes, not demos.

🗽

A career path, not a slot

We hire across experience levels from the NYC office at 131 West 35th Street. Curious juniors ship production work fast; senior specialists in Microsoft, Cisco, security, or AI get a fast track to high-impact engagements.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to wait for an open role to apply?
No. Tekscape accepts resumes year-round, whether or not it is actively recruiting for a specific role. If you're sharp and serious about your craft in engineering, security, AI, or client delivery, send your resume — every submission gets read.
How do I apply?
Send your resume — and a paragraph or two on what you'd want to work on at Tekscape — to sales@tekscape.com with the subject "Careers," or through the contact form on the site. Someone from the team reads everything that comes in and will respond within one business day.
Is the role in-office or remote?
Tekscape is NYC-based and hybrid-friendly. The office at 131 West 35th Street, 5th Floor is the center of gravity, with the team in a few days a week. New hires usually start in-office to build context, then move to a rhythm that works for the team and the clients they serve.
What experience levels do you hire?
All of them. Junior candidates who show up curious and ready to learn end up shipping production work fast. Senior candidates with deep specialization — especially Microsoft, Cisco, security, or AI — get a fast track to high-impact engagements. Adjacent backgrounds like DevOps, SRE, data engineering, or internal IT at a regulated firm are a likely fit too.
What's it actually like to do the work here?
Engineering-led and AI-first. Engineers own their clients end-to-end rather than working a ticket queue, and AI is a standard tool in the kit. Because Tekscape runs its own operations on the same production agents it builds for clients, the work is real and measurable — outcomes, not experiments.
