Tekscape started where most AI shops never have: in enterprise IT. For 18+ years our CCIE-certified veterans have run the infrastructure, security, and integration work that businesses depend on, and as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider we manage the Microsoft 365 and cloud environments those businesses operate in every day. That foundation is exactly what makes AI agents work in production rather than in a sandbox.

The reason most AI projects stall is that they never touch a real system. Tekscape builds agents that connect directly to ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Azure, and custom APIs — reading live data, acting on it, and being monitored and security-reviewed like any other production system. We hold ourselves to the same standard we sell. Before we deploy an agent for a client, we run it on ourselves: Tekscape's own finance, vendor, security, delivery, and executive operations are powered by production agents we built.
