Does my infrastructure need to be documented before we start?

No. Documenting and mapping your environment is part of our process, not a prerequisite. The Discovery & Design phase (Weeks 1–2) is where our engineers work with your team to understand your current systems and workflows, then turn that into an AI Opportunity Blueprint. You don't need to arrive with everything mapped — that's what we do first.

I'm responsible for IT at my business but I'm not technical. Can you still help?

Yes. You don't need an IT background to work with us. We translate operational problems — where time is lost, where money leaks, where work piles up — into AI and IT solutions, and we handle the technical depth. Our role is to be an extension of your team, with CCIE-certified veterans and a foundation of enterprise IT behind every recommendation.

How fast does an engagement reach production?
